Yes it is and I would love to see it in person

Mostly I only see partial rainbows but

I have seen the full rainbow arch several* times before

I have seen 2 rainbows that make a letter m
In fact it was when my sons were young and one of them saw it first and said “ look moma McDonald’s is in the sky

I have seen 2 rainbows one on top of the other a few times

This double rainbow was in the mobile area while I was on vacation and I missed it

I rented an electric scooter while I was at dw magic kingdom and the Florida sun was so hot it was burning my legs and arms and I used my “against the current” zip up hoodie for skin protection on the seat and arm rests
