Mrs RDM2 and I have vacationed in WY multiple times, both in the Winter and Summer in the Jackson/Teton/Yellowstone Area, and a couple of summers in the Black Hills/Devils Tower but we have not spent any time in other areas of WY.

This fall we are planning a trip and wanted some suggestions on places other than Teton/Yellowstone/Jackson. Any areas that we should go to? Any cool little towns to explore? Any suggestions on small towns to purchase a piece of land to build a retirement cabin? Stuff like that.

The summer heat in the south lasts 7-8 months with brutal humidity and temps of 90+ for months!....Your recent cold front has us motivated!

We still make Mincemeat Pie but use an OTC Filling MIX like None Such. Pretty tasty

Late for work.

The 3+ year old iPhone 7 got updated and the battery has decided it only likes working for a couple hours at a time. I'm eligible for an upgrade, for a not so small fee. So add buy new phone to list.

The car is in the shop since the AC quit.

And that is on top of all the drama last week. Oh, woe is me!

And then I get a personalized "Good Morning" from @muddy75 . Getting better.

The best thing I know to do for tension headaches is a long, fairly brisk but relaxed walk, out of doors in the fresh air. Every. Single. Day. If one sits around all day eating sugary/salty/fatty foods and staring at a screen, one will have issues with tension. It's just not what the body was designed for.

Hmm that’s true!! I actually felt better the other day when I had one and almost took meds but then went on a real long walk and it went away took a little bit of time to go fully but it did and then I felt great. I need to do that more often. I also think some of it is diet too because I’ve been getting them more often and coincidentally have been eating worse than usual so I’ve been working on fixing that too.
