We went to North Carolina and stayed at a wood cabin owned by some relatives that's way up in the mountains. It was beautiful, but I'm a bit afraid of heights. Once we were there it was fine but the winding twisty ride up was terrifying
Understandable! My mom was terrified the one time we went up Mt Washington years ago lol windy mountain road and super high up.
You get used to it...and pray that you dont go off the edge of the road.
Dude! There was this one section of the highway when I was up there that’s like on a big curve and also super high and far above the other road but there’s no guard rail on it (yet there is right after that in the flat part with trees?) and every time I drove it I was so scared I was gonna fly off and die 😂🤣 course I was always in the lane closest to it lol
You better quit wasting time.
:lau I know!

mr muddy decided on the pork kabobs with green pepper and pineapple for tonight (currently marinating) and i “twisted his arm” to drink a couple pitchers with me tonight and wait on the drinks de jour til tomorrow
it was DELICIOUS (to use a d-word) 🤣🤣🤣

I knew someone that named their cat Cat 😂 and someone else named the dog Dog. No joke. You can’t make this stuff up. 😂🤣 they would just shout Dog when they needed to call him.
We had a cat that would catch small animals and give them to the dog. If you wanted the dog to come, you called the cat.

Heck yeah...you need to see what it looks like to harvest your dinner.
Oh I do believe you me. We do our own hog butchering, and deer during deer season. Chickens not so much...I have participated in chicken butchering though. Not steers anymore, although we used to. Never quail...I honestly dont think anyone around here has quail.

You're going to see much worse things if you want to be a nurse.

There's only one way to learn. 🥰 Good question.
I know it. I have a more sensitive stomach than I used to, although I dont think something like that would bother me. I love watching dissections...all the girls at school be squealing and yuck, and I'm in there, "What's that? An organ?"
