No one has to pay anything. He is taking the designated amounts out of his own pocket and putting them in savings for every time someone "pees" or "dies". He felt that @Overo Mare merited a higher value which is why he designated a dime for her.

Ahhhhhh yes openstax... the carotids and brachials and radials. Brings back memories... I almost failed that test in lab...the worst grade I ever got in A&P II.

That is a buffalo skull that I packed out of a mile+ deep canyon. I did add the feathers from one of my turkeys.

One of the drawbacks of living alone is that I can't go anywhere. There is no one to tend to the animals or the watering of the trees, shrubbery, grass, garden, etc.

My painted walls are white but all of the trim is stained, varnished wood. Some is oak and some is mahogany.

And then he wasn't responding anymore and went kind of limp. So the vet was indispensable although I would normally treat almost anything myself.
