I went to do my daily candle a few minutes ago and about dropped the egg!
I saw pips in both!
I was NOT expecting this.
I had not turned off the thing turner...it is off now.

My emergency question:
Do I leave the eggs like they are now or do I take them out and put them in a dish on their side?

I raised humidity.

Take the turner out. Your other eggs will be fine until the hatch is over. A freshly hatched chick can hurt itself on turners that are off.
