I was worried it was deformed.
I've never seen freshly hatched chicks before.
Only dead in shell ones.

I'm not looking forward to sending these two on to their forever home. I can't possibly let them go today.
I'm thinking I'll have to wait until at least tomorrow.

I just know I read somewhere that chicks should be at last a week .... err no, a month, .... err, laying eggs ... before they can be safely moved to a new home, right?

This guy hasn't been seen in a long time.
He could be the dad.

They are some type of game fowl mix that lays blue eggs.
