That is the only think I am worried about.

Appears to be moving far enough east to not really do much damage here. It's been refreshingly breezy here from Marco. At least you are on the lesser side of it but a 3 is still real strong. Were still prepared but we live that way. I hope for nothing but the best outcome for you and yours. Take care

They had a flood event a couple years ago but residents said it was localized to one section. We’re up in a high part.

Girl yes we had rain. Just a couple months after buying this place we had a storm blow through with so much hail we got a new roof and replaced all our windows.
