After watching the second video again, could you maybe build a wooden frame around the whole thing? That would give you something to attach the hardwire cloth to?

That's kinda what I'm thinking.
Except for the fronts...I think I will need to still put HD cloth on them. I think the roof will block the tops so I don't have to worry about wrapping them.
I could even use the metal and cover the whole back side too.

I've thought about that. Have 2 walls for predator protection. An outer and inner. An impenetrable fortress. A monument to defenses everywhere.

But then, I'm lazy and that is a lot of work. And haven't had any predators. Have seen coons and possums on the fence a long time ago. So when we started, we had a dog moat. Then I expanded to the fence. Hmm.

Anything is possible.

I meant just uprights at the corners, and flat pieces connecting the uprights across the top and bottom corners. Just the outside frame of a box. Then attach your hardwire cloth to the wood.

Kinda like this, built around what you already have. Then attach the hw cloth to it.
(I attached wood panels to all except one side of this for chicken nest boxes, but this is the frame I started with)
