We have one of those too. It's too skinny even to use for scrawny roosters. No idea where it came from. I keep trying to throw it away. DH likes it. He's on his way to murder the clover by the pond. It's beautiful and smells incredible, but will he leave it alone? NO. I have to get bees, if only to have a compelling reason to get him to leave the poor clover until the bloom is off.
