BIG NEWS!!!!

My first ever NOT BURNT omelette!!!

It’s not 100% perfect... nowhere close. Part broke off. But at least it’s not scrambled this time.

And it’s NOT BROWN!!

Also..... it tastes about 5000000 times better!!!!

Like seriously.... AMAZINGLY GOOD.

I even sautéed the spinach beforehand

DH is up and being his usual party pooper irritable self because the sun came out and he’s trying to figure out what to do with all the stuff harvested from the garden!!!! I have almost a dozen huge squash and way too many jalapeños and serranos for him to eat!!!
