Is college school too? Cause in that case, I think I’m gonna be school age until I am 40. And I hate going to bed early

College is professional education. A lot of high school students are in for a shock when they hit college because the professors treat them like adults. No hand holding, excuses don't matter, just sitting in your seat isn't going to pass the class.

I see it all the time when I fail a student after warning them several times that if they didn't do their homework, they were going to fail. I didn't matter if they were there every day. Conversely, they will fail because they don't show up or are late every day even if they do all of their homework and ace the tests.

There are exceptions. I had a professor tell me that I had missed a pop quiz on a Friday. She said that it was alright because she gave me an A on it anyway.
