Calcium and/or urea buildup. Mostly calcium

I don’t even have any whiteclaws I’m drinking plain water. ACV it is!

It might be totally worth it if the kidney stone hurts enough! Might actually be beneficial in helping pass it.... I dunno.

What causes kidney stones?

There are different types of stones and a different cause for each type.

In my case, in my Urologist's words I quote.. "Because you're a damn camel! You need to drink more!"

Now I drink 3L of water a day. I don't EVER want one of those again.

Well I highly doubt a swig is going to be enough.
It's like drinking one beer...you can't...you need to drink the whole pack you bought.
