Very cool! What does deer taste like if any of you could let me know? Is it gamey?

Gamey flavor is determined by how it is processed, aged, and cooked...I prefer our deer to filet minion!!!!

I've never seen that much fat on a deer. Even corn fed deer. That's insane!

We had not seen it either especially with an archery season deer!!!

Tastes similar to goat.

I was going to say that but a lot of people haven't had goat either.
