I have memories of picking the ribs and neck at the kitchen table with my father, tossing the bits into empty margarine containers... out fingers would be absolutely disgusting by the end, and we'd need to wipe down the table. It was fun, kind of, and tiring, but we haven't been getting deer for several years.
