i fed the critters while mr muddy made dinner.....dinner has been served and eaten. I got the hunting snacks in the backpacks. still have to get clothes together and get the rifles and fresh ammo ready! planning to hit the crawford county property in the morning so that means getting up at 3:30 am!!!

Don’t feel timid. I voted Mares kingdom. Pretty sure she’s going to detach my lumpy head and feed my entrails to her darkhounds.

we’ve only hunted this property once this year (the stand i was falling asleep in ) but most years we take something on opening day of rifle (or maybe i should say mr muddy does )

rifles are ready, clothes are out, and I had mr muddy double check the number of rounds you can carry legally! it’s 10 btw! I opted for 6 and mr muddy loaded the full 10. mine is a single shot .44 mag CVA scout while his is a Henry big boy .44mag
ammo is hornady leverevolution 225gr
