Kiki's White Trash and or Nerdy Birthday Bash Funeral

The Mex runs those numbers every day.
He refuses to go to the doctor.

He says those are his normal numbers... like that makes a ****ing difference.

My point is those are his normal numbers and he hasn't died yet.
wow! i would definitely keep an eye on it if he’s running that high.....mr muddy probably wouldn’t have gone either, but he was also experiencing worse than usual chest pains and had a really bad dizzy spell with double vision as soon as he put his gear on and came upstairs. i finally got him in a semi-normal range (he said it’s because I went outside and left him alone for a while 🤦‍♀️) i also offered to give him tomorrow off to rest but of course he declined and will just hold it against me later!!! 🤬🤬🤬. as usual it’s all my fault....darned if i do and darned if i don’t!!

Like someone else said for that price it would be worth it to resale them when they got bigger.
We have an auction close that can almost always bring $1 a chick for any chick. Thats what I would of done.
Unfortunately I don’t think we have any auctions like that here and I also lost two chickens to Mareks back in April and May so I wouldn’t want to resell birds now. :( I’m sure feed store chicks are probably vaccinated? But could still probably bring the virus to someone’s flock and I wouldn’t want to be responsible for that.

No GRE is awesome!!! That test is hella expensive and super weird. Way to focus on those silver linings twin :highfive: :hugs
It's a waste of time! It's just a revamped SAT that pre-vet students are way beyond anyway, but you feel obliged to stress out and study for it regardless.
Unfortunately I don't know if they are just doing it for this cycle or permanently. I really considered applying to vet school this cycle but I need to beef up my vet hours.. which I need a job for.

I hope they do away with it permanently.:fl It’s meaningless.

Have you actually tested for Marek's?
Yeah, I had the first bird that died tested plus I find it kind of coincidental they would both develop the exact same symptoms a month apart. Jack never showed any symptoms like the other two but I’m wondering if maybe he had it too and it weakened his system and that’s why the heat got him and not any of the others? Or if it was just a sad coincidence he died? Cause I did lose an older hen to heat last summer too so maybe some birds are just more susceptible???
