I’m sure feed store chicks are probably vaccinated? But could still probably bring the virus to someone’s flock and I wouldn’t want to be responsible for that.

Or if it was just a sad coincidence he died? Cause I did lose an older hen to heat last summer too so maybe some birds are just more susceptible???
