Yes, vodka is strong! That stuff's like 80- or 100-proof! That's why it's so good for making extracts -- there's so much alcohol in it.

Today for me it was 91!!! It was SO HOT!!!

97 here this afternoon. We don't have shade cloth up yet because stupid wind won't quit long enough (gusts 65 mph predicted for tomorrow) so I spent a couple of hours out with the hose spraying runs, trees, area around runs down with water to keep the birdies cooler. Clouds finally moved in. No rain, but at least the clouds cooled things off.

Lots of pics in this post....we spent 6 hours today working on the garden....I harvested 6+bags of lettuce and 1 squash....we added the vertical panels, weeded and put down fresh mulch and a wheelbarrow of rabbit poo fertilizer! Since all my animals destroy live plants, we decided to add some fake ones too!!!

Lately pajama shorts and t shirt. But even in winter I usually wear a t shirt instead of the actual pajama shirt cause I hate sleeves and also get too hot
