West Nile yes and other diseases like EEE (really bad here) but not Corona like they’re worried about. And most likely won’t die. Unless it’s West Nile or EEE but that’s not that common I don’t think. She doesn’t need more things to worry about.

West Nile is common here. I used to find song birds dead from it all the time until I put in a pond for them. One of the signs for the birds was dehydration.

Thanks, I know, I just like to be dramatic. I am actually questioning though if it is a mosquito bite, cause its huge, and really lumpy and hard.

Oh my heart my one of my goslings has an icky eye. I think a skeeter bit it and it’s trying to scratch it and irritating it’s eye. I must play Dr. niw

EEE is really common here, at least it was last year. Hopefully not this year. MA is one of the worst states for it and it is a horrible, nasty death. At least according to a family friend who is a nurse. She saw a lot of it last year.
