You can fake it.I know I didn't read the whole thread (I have an excuse teacher)
Are we really doing yoga friday night? 'cause I can' type and do yoga, I am not sure I can even do yoga at all![]()
Brush your teeth.Oh...that explains a lot!!! So...any other *useful* tips??? (As you can tell my sarcasm kicks in after dinner, I'll just apologize now, don't expect it later.)
I just realized I was lost...that I missed a few pages. If anyone wants to brush up on a little yoga for real “Yoga with Adriene” is a super place to start. Lots of sessions that are short and/or geared toward beginners. You can find them on YouTube and Prime video.![]()
Yes, but your inner Devil made you do it.I don't believe that's true for everyone.
My sarcasm might make other people angry...
That don't mean I'm angry![]()
You will never need to do the splits in your real adult life.Cool, I'm doing my "daily stretches" right now...kinda...I've been getting a little distracted, but I have improved!!! I have both my splits now!!! I'm SO proud!!!
Being flexible can save you from injury, though. I know this from experience. You will never need to do the splits in your real adult life.
Touching your toes yes but the splits probably not.
oh boy... You've done it to me again.Sarcasm = leaky anger
This I learned in my VA PTSD/anger classes
All the years prior I thought it was something completely different.....
I also began to think of it as an art form.
However, that also faded when I realized the negative health effects it has on the human body.
Alas, I still use it. Just very sparingly. I am human after all; more human than human one could argue given how much I error in life.
