My favorite is mountain to forward fold. Palms flat, hop back into chaturanga, upward facing dog, downward facing dog, hop feet to hands, forward fold, mountain.

Yayyy! Customer finally came, picked up birds.

Okay...I’ll go do a pose in the dungeon...

YEEEASSS.
A mosquito just landed on my arm.
That means I have to go inside before I get heartworms or whatever the hell mosquitoes carry.

Well for starters I just found out I have been doing yoga for years and didn’t even know it.
2nd Kiki is weak and failed at one of her poses after just a short 3 seconds.

I'm crying.

Lunge pose and push-up pose (6 pushups while I was there)

There's no way you can do that thing any less horrible.
I can't even do a push-up.

I do girl push-ups. I can do that pose only after many moons of practice.
