They do and I don’t understand why. When I was in school they would feed pancakes...flipping white flour pancakes! Your body treats it as sugar. I’m all for shoveling garbage in my face, just on occasion. Self control.Wait really!? I thought I always heard like marathon runners and stuff carb load the night before marathons??? And I thought protein and veggies were good after working out to rebuild?
