I've found that those are the best parties... for some reason, there are never any party crashers or unwanted guests.
Maybe it has something to do with the odd conversations that I get into with me, and the odd quips that myself has to add to the conversation....

Another thing you might consider is sitting on a stability ball. I have been using one as a chair at work for years. It improves core strength and posture!
