Killer hens or cockeral !

I put my two new bantams in the coop last night and found them dead this morning

is it possible th:hite cockeral or hens have killed them as they were fine and healthy yesterday ?

well two things may have happened.. yes they definitely could have killed them.. because if you didn't introduce them slowly to the rest of the girls to identify pecking order...this takes a week to four days with a seperation netting. Secondly it could be disease or stress or both.. lets hope that the other birds are ok. You should always quarentine new birds before adding them to your flock, to make sure that they are disease free!

Are there signs of any pecking or any other signs of disease?

I agree with the previous post about slow introduction, and feel any introductions should be monitored very closely.

It may also be helpful to contact the person from whom you got the birds to see if their is any problem with the remainder of their flock.
