King quail injury on head help!

Oh...if the injury is slimy, then you need to clean it. Since it's on the head, I would clean it with saline, generously flush all the slime out, give it a little scrub with a rough wash cloth if you need to until you see normal looking skin. Dry, then apply some triple antibiotic ointment.
Do you have someone that can help hold him while you do that? It's so much easier if you have a helper.
Yes my mother or my friend.

Great!
I would get that done and see how he is doing. A slimy wound can get infected.
You are doing a good job in figuring out how to take care of him - I still don't know much about quail, but he's very cute and I really like his name :)
Thank you very much for the compliment! Once my mother gets back I’ll clean it. Thanks!

No other birds are in with him so I will assume he injured himself by 'boinking', jumping up and hitting his head on the top or on the little shelter you have in the aquarium.
He will heal by himself if you can prevent him from boinking, again. Trying to clean the wound will likely result in a worse injury by trying to catch it. I've had some scalped that healed just fine without intervention. They are extremely resilient.
Darkinging the area around the aquarium will help in calming him down. A cage mate would help in keeping it company but there is also a chance they will not get along. You will just have to try and see...be prepared to seperate them if you choose to go that route.

So I need some help again...my quail has this green and black thing on his back do you know what it is?

@007Sean and @Texas Kiki are more familiar with Quail but to me it's looks like injury. Has he jumped or hit his back on something or poked it on some wire? The black looks like a scab (healing wound) and the green is bruising.

Since it sounds like handling Quail stresses them per 007sean's post HERE, I think I would just watch the injury to see that it's healing. If you note any indication of infection (pus, foul odor) then tend to the wound.

Hard to tell exactly what's going on in this picture because it isn't clear enough to see.

Could be a scab from another injury.
