Eliza listened through the door, trying to make out if he was inside or not.

No sound was heard from the other side. It seemed empty, like the rest of the halls. Behind Eliza, Tariel asked silently, "Is it clear?"

Kilo folded his hands and remained quiet.

"The forest. " Nightshade simply stated.

Shockingly, the dwarf then said, "You don't understand dwarven?"

"Nope. " Kilo unraveled his arms and walked nearest to him. "May I enter? "

Nightshade shook her head, "nope, I only travel with me and Katana." She sparked a smile, stroking the white tiger.

As she quietly entered, the door made a loud squeaking noise. Immediately, Tariel ordered her to stop opening the door.

Eliza froze.

Amazingly, he started to mumble something under his breath as quiet as he could. Momentarily, he said, "Okay, go ahead and open the door slowly."
