"Here you go," Urn said after he filled a glass with fresh water. After, he handed it personally to her instead of sliding it across the counter.

Closer observation revealed it was Solviss. Interestingly, he was dressed in causal clothing instead of the daily royal outfit. Solviss smiled at Winter and said softly, "How are you today?" He was sitting at the bar.
