Eliza barged into her room, pushing Tariel inside before slamming the door shut and locking it.

He fell to the floor but got back up momentarily. After, he showed Eliza an evil grin.

"So, what did you get?" she asked, a bit out of breath, as she opened one of the bags.

Tariel mimicked her actions. He looked inside his bag. "A bunch of random stuff," he replied, heavily breathing. "Dried fruits and vegetables and some meat."

Eliza began eating one of the fruits.

He slowly ate because he wanted to enjoy the taste.

Eliza smiled. This day had been enjoyable.
