Kitchen counter egg holder for duck eggs

What do you use to hold your duck eggs? Do chicken egg holders work or would the product be too narrow, or slots too close together?

I have a kitchen counter earthenware duck to keep my duck eggs!!! I eas really lucky and found it in a thrift store. It holds 8 duck eggs easily and I can squeeze another one rising up into the lid if I take care

I found another in the same thrift shop a few months later but refrained from buying it as I wasn't sure if it were a duck or a goose!

Chicken egg holder works fine for me. It also fits goose eggs. Extra advantage is it could be hung on the wall if you lack counter space.

@cheezenkwackers and @telandra2 yours are so much more practical than my traditional earthenware egg holder. But I recall my grandparents having earthenware hens to hold eggs in the days before they had a refrigerator, and so I have sentimental attachment to the concept of a duck earthenware egg holder!!
