KitchenAid attachments

Okay, Im confused (surprise!!!). Is there a strainer with the grinder, or do I have to buy them separate.

So who has the most toys here? I feel like Im waaaay behind.

My meat grinder saves me $. I only like lean hamburger and at $3.38 a lb here, it isn't always in the budget.

So I wait for sales on rump roast ect... and buy, cut off the fat, and grind.

Everyone at the house loves it.

They are two separate things. The strainer has a cone in it for seed removal and juicing . The grinder is its own attachment - has two screens one for fine and the course.

Here are a couple of links to show what they look like. I would purchase as the package of 3 for $99.00 its cheaper than buying separately. Hope that helps.

Agree big time. I buy prime rib at WinCo (warehouse type food store) at the holidays when they have it for $1.58 per pound. You can't ask for better hamburger, steak and prime rib to boot for a buck 58.

I have a huge pot of pizza sauce merrily simmering on the stove.

I tell you, if I had to hand crank a food mill, we wouldn't be having this.

I've got the food mill attachment and for the longest time I just used my regular crank food mill but Greg finally got me to try it and I tell you between the steam juicer, the kitchen aid food mill and my pressure canner, this year's bumper crop of tomatoes has just flown into jars and onto the shelves. I could not have done half the amount of processing I've done without these toys.
