Aw that sucks :/ surprised she still does that sort of thing even at her age haha
She was worse when younger. Killed a few birds on me. She can't help herself. These days she stays busy trying to get the chipmunk. Still need to remind her about kitty. Kitty is now old enough to know to get away from her. Last fall she wasn't so smart.

That's a really nice house Allley has. We bought our kitty a heated house last winter because of you. :) It never occurred to me a cat would want one. My kitty thanks you for that.

Oh wow! That makes sense though. And I feel like a lot of dogs kill birds before they learn. And that’s good at least! At least it’s actual prey/vermin now lol I could use her at my house... could help me catch the rat I saw the other day. :lau

And that’s good!! Glad she smartened up LOL

Did she get very hurt?

Kitty had a huge swollen bloddy neck. Thankfully she healed up. She did get a antibiotic shot from the vet.

Rosie got a hold of her one more time, and I pulled out the broken shock collar and made Rosie wear it. It was enough to remind her.

I did originally had to use a shock collar to stop Rosie from killing birds. I was extremely weak from going through chemo, and could do nothing else. I would not normally use a shock collar, but I had no other choice at that time. :hmm

Oh wow that’s awful!! Poor kitty :hit glad she healed up fine though!!

And that’s good!! Some dogs do seem to remember and just need a reminder, without shock. Sometimes even just vibrate or seeing the remote.

And aww that’s totally understandable!! I think that’s a good reason. Not that you needed to justify it. :hugs

We all know how much you love your dogs and what good care you take of them. :hugs :love

She normally sleeps on the wing chair in my room but tonight it appears wedging herself between the blankets and my pillows was the comfier option. :lau
