Scaly leg mites need to be smothered with some type of oil... Daily... From multiple days.

Lice and mites.... Permethrin would kill those two.

Permethrin saved my whole flock!

Smothering the legs and feet with oil or Vaseline will suffocate the mites that are causing the damage.

Good luck treating the SLM. It's going take a while to see improvement. You might also want to try thoroughly spraying her legs with lice spray for kids, let it dry then slather them with Vaseline.
