9 days of soaking in soapy water for 20 minutes and then alternating coconut oil and vaseline... their looking better... what do you think? and for how long do I keep her in the house and do this?

They are greatly improved.
Can you get a bottle of LiceFreee spray? You can order it on WalMart.com. I would continue with the soaking and coconut oil but maybe instead of the coconut oil, about twice a week after soaking and dabbing her legs and feet dry, saturate them with the LiceFreee spray and leave it to dry. I use this on my SF rooster who has feathered legs to keep his legs in good shape. The spray is supposed to kill lice and eggs.
You're doing a great job with your hen. She must be feeling better.
