Kuhl Roll-Out Nest

I am in the process of building a coop and I am considering a Roll-Out style nest.

I like the fact the Kuhl has a plastic perch and inside, sounds easy to clean.

Anyone have experience with the kuhl roll out?
They also have a non roll out. I am wondering if its worth the extra $ for the roll-out feature.
