I am looking for a good quality bearded Silkie rooster. Color does not matter as I keep a mixed flock. I try to introduce new blood every three years by changing roosters. I know I have distributed a lot of eggs and chicks around the state and cannot use a rooster that came out of my stock, but if you have a rooster from another line that you want to get rid of, I would love to see him.

It was great to meet you and your boy, and I'm going to get a lot of good use out of the coop and brooder. THANKS!!

eta: oh, and tell Layne (sp?) that Peanut Butter made it home safe and sound!

I
also have an OEGB rooster from Ideal Hatchery, he is about 10 months old. He is TINY. I'll try to get some pictures of him soon, I am asking $8 for him. He is very calm around people, he's never shown any aggressiveness towards me. I just have too many roosters, trying to decide which ones to part with is hard! I have narrowed it down to three. I really only need 1 or 2, but 3 might be ok. We will watch them and make sure they don't start fighting.

Hey all, I'm in Columbia, I have a pair of BR and a trio of BR/white cochin mix for sale. I'm asking $20 for the pure pair, and $15 for the mixed trio, OBO. ETA: They are about 9 weeks old.
