Labored breathing?

I came out to check on the babies (4weeks) this morning, and the barnevelder seems to be having trouble breathing. But I'm not sure. There are my first chicks, I don't want to over react. He seems to be having labored breathing, but I'm not sure if that's normal chicken breathing. He also has a super bare patch on his chest, but I don't know if that's normal for when they molt. It was chilly here last night, in the 50's, and they've been outside for a few days. (it was in the 90's last week, I figured we were safe.)

I should add, I've been adding a bit of vinegar to their water as a preventative.

Phew, never mind, he seems to have had something stuck in his crop. All better now!
