Labored/raspy breathing-chickens dying!

I am losing chickens! I have been finding dead chickens randomly over the past few months. I would just find them dead with nothing seemingly wrong. One thing they have all had in common is creamy colored runny poop around their backsides. Finally, yesterday, i noticed one of my hens just sitting and breathing with great difficulty. It was very raspy and labored. She did not go into the coop at dusk so i carried her in. She was dead rhis morning. Same yellowish poop. Now another one is breathing the same way. She has some of the yellowish poop on her feathers. She roosted tonight but i am afraid i'm going to find her dead in the morning too. Can anyone help me with this?

Second chicken died today. I am at a loss as to what to do. My local vet doesn't treat chickens. Where can I turn for help in diagnosing?
