My girls are vertually bald on their back and bum area. They have been likes this for a while and have been fed treats, mealworm etc but still don't grow their feathers back. Any ideas?

Can you post pics? Sometimes it's feather picking by other birds in the flock. Is anyone in good feather condition?
What is the feed you are giving? Sometimes it's feed related.
How far apart are the roosts? Sometimes they pick at each other at night.
How many birds in what square footage? Sometimes it's a boredom thing or lack of space.

Hi, just posted picture. 7 hens in a area of 4 square metres, roost about 2 feet apart

4 sq meters = about 43 sq feet so I have a feel for it. For 7 hens that is fairly tight if that is your entire area.

Looking at that photo I can't see how that could be anything other than feather picking. I see one in the background that does not seem to have those issues.
