Lacking info on Quails

Hello!! I am looking into quail but not certain if I will be able to get them. I know pretty much nothing about keeping quail. By the way, I will be incubating the eggs so if you can also including and inform me about the temperatures and humidity levels. I would need to know the protein percent from chick to adult as well as what brand and where to get it. I do want some info about the health and problems that quails have. I would love links to other threads and articles that could also help me. This would be very appreciated. Thank you so much!!
