You'd be better off posting all this in a new thread in the Coop and Run forum.
At a blush, you are sorely lacking in ventilation. Much wider overhangs at the soffits and rakes would have been very good.

What breed is that cute little chicken standing on the frame work?
I would also suggest adding some ventilation high up, cover with hardware cloth
