I know it's a little late- but I had to get in a pic for my facebook, and figured I put it here too. No- I'm NOT that old, I started going grey at 18

I love the grey hair. If I could get away with it I would. But when my greys come in, it's sporadic and makes my brownish/reddish hair look horrible. Hence the hair dye. Otherwise I'd go all grey! Good for you girls that can do that!
