Bless your heart I KNOW it took alot for you not to say anything to her and her sister, and thank the Lord that you have a lovely soon to be step-daughter who abviously loves you. Just remember you will not be married to his ex, and don't stoop to play her childish games because it is clear she is jealous of you.

I think you both did really well on that. It sounds like the ex was being childish..(It must run in the family if the sister was doing it too.) My mom used to tell me to never lower yourself to their level. (It was a highschool thing)
