you can't..... A & M are just coturnix with a different color variety bred selectively. All eggs ARE the same
However tibetans lay an egg with a bluer hue...some eggs from them actually come out completley blue like Ameraucana chicken egg blue.
You cannot tell which coturnix variety you've got from the eggs....just like a pure white chicken egg doesn't mean that it came from just a white leghorn theres many breeds that lay white eggs.
