does anyone know much about this breed? I was looking for something not many people around me have so ordered a few eggs to put under a broody hen. Are they fairly easy to take care of? Are they normally bantam? Eggs are about the size of silkie eggs.

Not quite bantam. Just a small standard breed. About the body size of a Leghorn. A little flighty, but not too bad. Just handle them from a young age. Gorgeous birds.

If my broody will let me. I wasnt sure on size because I was expecting medium size eggs not small.

They should be fine. What I would do with my broody and her chicks was sit in their pen for about half an hour and handle the chicks. Momma didn't mind at all.

Okay. First time I've had a broody. I got silkies a month ago and 2 wanted to sit startiing last week.
