YourWanted to add to this thread as I got a lakeside egger this spring as well and was confused when she looked nothing like the images on Meyers websiteI knew as a cross she could look different but I struggled find examples of similar looking Lakeside Eggers. Shes a beautiful light gray bird with puffy cheeks. Meyer did confirm she is a lakeside egger and she laid her first egg this week, a beautiful blue! Sharing in case it helps anyone else trying to figure out which of their chicks is the LE!
