Jaclyn, Jasmine, Jerome, Malik, Nelek, and Samantha all came walking in, each with a 3 1/2 ft. jungle vine in their mouths. It was covered in thorns as big and sharp as a polar bear's claws. There were no thorns present at about 1 foot near the end, which is where the 6 held it by.

Kovi and Daru tried to keep their children from inhaling the gas, but started choking. The younger wolves stepped back as black stained the white fur of Kovi and Daru.

The scar over Kovi's eye became as blood red as his eyes.

The faint grey markings on Daru turned black as the rest of her body turned grey.

The blankness slowly crept into the others, turning their fur dark.

"What are your orders, master?" Samantha asked the smokewolf.

"Laughter therapy."
Samantha nodded and wrapped a chain around Mitar and Ranu's legs, giving them room to walk but not to run. She then unshackled them "Move."

"I trust that you are on our side now, correct?" The creature asked.
