"Why is my daughter on that ledge?" Kovi snarled.

"They're moving her someplace." The fox growled, watching as Nelek took Ranu and flew down the canyon with her.

 

[LittleLady98]

Kovi, Daru, and their children growled, angry because of the possible danger Ranu was in.

Ranu struggled against Nelek.

 

[OwlLover]

Nelek dug his claws into her flesh, making it painful for her to struggle as he placed her on the lowest ledge and flew down to the bottom of the cave, the fog swallowing him up. The soldiers in the cave snickered at Ranu.

She morphed into an eagle and tried to fly away.

Jerome wrapped a vine similar to the one he and his siblings held, making it painful for her to fly while the soldiers continued laughing. The walls began to vibrate from their laughter.

(Now, uh, why are they torturing Ranu?

Cause that would defeat the purpose of turning her family dark, because they would want revenge.

(No, they're trying to freak Mitar out, she isn't actually going to fall. Nelek's waiting in case she falls.)

The pain caused Ranu to shift back into wolf form, she started to fall.

"Ranu!" Mitar tried to get to her.

The shackles around Mitar's feet kept him from getting to her. The fog swallowed her up, making it impossible to see what happened to her. Right before she hit the ground something caught her on its back, saving her.

Candy flicked her ears, and Nelek flew up, dropping Ranu. Her ribs had been broken, and was struggling to breathe. (Its an illusion)
