Jack rolled his eyes "Shes cute." As his strength failed it became apparent that his witty talk was hiss last, somewhat desperate attempt stalling for time.

"Oh really? Then maybe we should prove that theory!" Juniper flared her wings in an attack posture at Zenobia. I must lead her out! Not fight and possibly die!

Amelia watched in alarm, thinking Juniper was about to attack.

Seeing that Zenobia wasn't watching, Jack limped to the back of the cave.

She arched her back in a hunting position and began to growl lowly

As Zenobia walked towards her, Juniper slowly took a few steps back towards the crevace she had entered through. "They say you can fly, but I bet you could hardly get a few feet off the ground." Juniper taunted, her eyes flashing mischeviously. "Gryphons are far better fliers."
