Jack hooked his front paw around hers, tripping her while knocking her over with her weight, crushing her into the stone wall.

"Probably a good idea," Juniper muttered in amusement as she avoided stepping on something fragile. She wandered out into the city, looking around. Juniper itched to fly, a tingle running through her wings.

Above her, a flock of different kinds of birds swept past through the sky. One in particular, a sleek falcon was shootig along quite a bit faster then the rest. She circled around the main temple once, then disappeared inside one of the window holes at the top, calling one short call to let Sara know she was there.

Amelia looked up when she heard the call, poking her head out the door hole. "Uh oh," she muttered, glancing at Juniper. "That is Alex, the messenger from Rienne. We'd better go up and see whats going on, she never brings good news. You should come too."

Amelia was a half a second in front of her, and took the stairs two at a time.

Juniper seemed rather large and ungainly compared to the swift movements and sleekness of Amelia up the stairs.
