Lame 9 week old Ameraucana (video of clicking and walking)

(video is clicking sound, which is constantly) I've been around chickens a long time, seen a lot of illnesses and injuries, and this bird has me completely stumped. I noticed a few days ago I had a chicken laying around a lot. I went over and encouraged it to walk, though it was hesitant it did do so but it hangs it's tail and appears to walk on it's "heels", as well as a little off balance (as in it will step backwards and wobble a bit), not it's hocks but almost like it's walking on the back half of it's pads. I also noticed it walks kind of stiff legged and will point toes up. I've had it locked up in the house the past 3 days to ensure no one picks on it and to see if there were any other signs, which has ceased our basemenr renos...lol. Drinking and eating normal, crop empties normal, poops are all normal, and not old enough to lay since it's only 9 weeks old. I have felt and examined feet for injuries and swelling, legs, and tried to feel around the hip area and can't feel anything out of place anywhere. The bird isn't use to being handled so a response from pain as to just not liking to be held is hard to judge. It's not getting any worse since lock down, but not seeing any improvement either. I'm hoping someone somewhere in the world has had this at some point and can fill me in...lol
PS. It wasn't me on the video, I got someone else to record as I was busy with children..lol
